I’m a web designer and developer. I’m also Co-Founder & CTO of The FlexFlow, a web design, SEO and AI visibility agency. I build websites that help service businesses show up on Google and in AI search, and turn the right visitors into enquiries.
Why I focus on enquiries
I’ve been building client websites since 2023, and the same pattern kept showing up. A business pays for a new website, everyone agrees it looks great, and the phone still doesn’t ring.
When I looked closer, the design was rarely the problem. A visitor couldn’t quickly tell what the business did, why they should trust it, or what to do next. It also wasn’t ready for the growing number of people who ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI for a recommendation before they click on anything.
So I changed what I build for.
Every page and every fix now starts with one question: will this help the right people get in touch?
A few things I stick to

Plain words
I explain every choice in simple language. You should understand what’s happening on your website without needing a glossary.

Sketch before code
Most of my projects start as a rough sketch in Figma. Changing an idea on a sketch is much quicker than changing finished code, so you approve the design before I build anything.

Honest numbers
I won’t promise first place on Google or invent results. You’ll see what I changed, why I changed it and what happened afterwards.

New methods, tested first
Google and AI tools keep changing, so I keep testing new methods and bring the ones that work to client sites.
