Be the business AI tools recommend

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI name only a few businesses in each answer, so I make your website easy for them to understand, trust and quote.

For existing websites, covering ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI (also called AEO or GEO).

Checked by me, not by a tool.

Send me your URL and I’ll tell you the first thing I’d change.

Ranking on Google won’t get you named by AI

When someone asks an AI tool for a recommendation, it reads what’s online about businesses like yours and writes one answer with a few names in it.

To name you, the AI needs to be sure what you do, who you serve and where you work. If that information is vague, missing, or different from what your Google profile says, it’s easier for the AI to name someone else.

The person asking often takes the answer as it is. They call the business that was named.

What AI search work covers

An AI visibility check

I ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI the questions your clients ask. Then I note who gets named, what the tools say about you, and where you’re missing.

Pages AI tools can understand

  • Plain answers to what you do, who it’s for and where you work, near the top of each page
  • Answer-first copy, where each section starts with the answer and then gives the detail
  • FAQs written in the words your clients use when they ask AI tools
  • Service and location pages that leave no doubt about what you offer and where
  • Copy I write myself, so it works for AI tools, Google and the people reading it

Behind-the-scenes signals

  • Schema markup: code visitors don’t see that labels your business, services, reviews and FAQs for search engines and AI tools
  • The same business name, address and phone number on your site, Google Business Profile and directories
  • Checks that AI tools are allowed to read your site, since some settings block them by accident
  • A clear About page that shows who runs the business and why they can be trusted

Tracking

  • A record of how often AI tools name you, checked again after the changes

AI search is still new and moves fast. Your plan is built around what your site needs, and I adjust the work as the AI tools change how they choose answers.

Five steps, from audit to recheck

  1. Free audit

You send your URL. I read your site the way an AI tool would and reply with the first change I’d make.

  2. Call and plan

We talk about your services, your area and the clients you want more of. You get a written plan with what I’ll change, the price and the timeline. You only pay once you agree to go ahead.

  3. AI visibility check

I ask AI tools the questions your clients ask and record where you’re named and where you’re missing.

  4. Pages and signals

I rewrite and add the pages the plan calls for, and set up schema and the other signals.

  5. Recheck and report

I ask the same questions again and walk you through what changed.

A first round of changes usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. AI tools update at different speeds, so mentions can take weeks or months to grow.

Happy with the progress? You can continue monthly, with a weekly report on the work done and any results so far.

Is AI search the right next step?

A good fit if

  • You already have a website, and it shows up on Google for some searches.
  • Your clients research before they hire, with questions like “who’s the best accountant near me?”
  • You’d like to be named in AI answers before your competitors are.
  • You can give it a few months to build.

Probably not a fit if

  • Few people find your site on Google at all. Start with SEO, since AI tools often draw on pages that already rank.
  • You need leads this week. Paid ads may suit you better for now.

Questions about AI search

What are AEO and GEO?

Two names for the same goal. AEO stands for answer engine optimization and GEO for generative engine optimization. Both mean getting your business named in answers from AI tools like ChatGPT.

Which AI tools does this cover?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI Overviews and Gemini, plus others like Claude and Copilot. They rely on similar signals, like clear pages, schema and consistent business details, so the same work helps across all of them.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?

No. AI answers change from one question to the next, and nobody controls them. I can make your business clear and easy to trust, then show you how your mentions change over time.

How do you measure results?

I ask AI tools the same set of questions before and after the work, and record who gets named. On a monthly plan, you see this in your weekly report.

Will this affect my Google rankings?

Yes, in a good way. Clearer pages, schema and FAQs help Google too, so most of this work also supports your SEO.

Is it a one-off project or a monthly service?

It starts as a one-off project that makes your site clear to AI tools. If you’re happy with the progress, you can continue on a monthly plan. Monthly clients get a weekly report covering the work done and any results so far.
