Book a call

More enquiries from the visitors you already get

I find where visitors to your website lose interest and fix it, so more of them call, book or fill in the form.

For existing websites, with changes based on what real visitors do (often called CRO).

I click through it like a new visitor.

Send me your URL and I’ll tell you the first thing I’d fix.

Visitors look around, then leave

Getting people to your website is the hard part, and often the expensive part too. When they leave without getting in touch, that effort goes to waste.

The reasons are usually small. The page doesn’t say what you do in the first few seconds. Reviews sit on a separate page nobody opens. The contact form asks for more than people want to give. The site loads slowly on a phone.

Each one costs you a few enquiries, and many sites have more than one.

What conversion work covers

A review of your key pages

I go through your site the way a first-time visitor would, on a computer and on a phone, and note every point where someone might hesitate or leave.

Clearer pages

  • Headings that say what you do and who it’s for within the first few seconds
  • Offers and calls to action that make the next step obvious
  • Reviews and results placed where visitors make their decision
  • Answers to common doubts, like price, timing or process, before people have to ask
  • Copy I write myself, based on what makes your clients pick up the phone

Easier ways to get in touch

  • Shorter, simpler contact and booking forms
  • Click-to-call buttons and booking links that work on every device
  • Contact options on every key page, so nobody has to hunt for them

Speed and mobile

  • Faster loading, especially on phones
  • Layouts adjusted so buttons and forms are easy to use on small screens

Tracking and testing

  • Enquiry tracking that shows which pages and buttons lead to calls and form fills
  • Heatmaps and session recordings that show where people click, scroll and stop
  • Testing two versions of a page when there’s enough traffic to compare

Not every site needs all of this. Your plan picks what your site needs most, and each project teaches me more about what works for each kind of business.

From audit to measured results

  1. Free audit

You send your URL. I go through your key pages and reply with the first thing I’d fix.

  2. Call and plan

We talk about your business, your visitors and what a good enquiry looks like for you. You get a written plan with what I’ll change, the price and the timeline. You only pay once you agree to go ahead.

  3. Review and tracking

I review your key pages and set up tracking, so we have a clear starting point.

  4. Changes

I make the changes in the plan, starting with the ones likely to bring in the most enquiries.

  5. Measure and report

I compare enquiries before and after, and walk you through the results.

A first round of changes usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. You’ll see the effect once enough visitors have used the new pages.

Happy with the progress? You can continue monthly, with a weekly report on the work done and any results so far.

Is conversion work the right fix?

A good fit if

  • Your website already gets visitors, from Google, ads, social media or referrals.
  • Few of those visitors call, book or fill in the form.
  • You spend money or time bringing people to your site and want more back from it.
  • You’re open to changes based on what visitors do, even if it surprises you.

Probably not a fit if

Who you’ll work with

I’m Mohammed Anaf, Co-Founder & CTO at The FlexFlow. I design and build the changes myself, so there’s no separate developer to wait on and no handover between people.

Questions about conversion optimization

What is a conversion?

Any action you want a visitor to take, like calling you, booking a slot or filling in your contact form. Conversion optimization means getting more visitors to take that action.

How much traffic do I need?

You don’t need a lot to start. Fixing clear problems, like a slow page or a confusing form, helps at any size. Testing two versions of a page needs more visitors, so I only suggest it when your numbers support it.

How will I know the changes worked?

I set up tracking before making any changes, so we can compare enquiries before and after. You’ll see the numbers for yourself.

Will you redesign my whole website?

No. I change the parts that stop people from getting in touch and leave the rest as it is. If your site needs a full rebuild, I’ll tell you and point you to a lead generation website instead.

Can conversion work hurt my SEO?

Not when it’s done carefully. I keep the page addresses, headings and content that already rank, and check Search Console after the changes go live.

Is it a one-off project or a monthly service?

It starts as a one-off project that fixes the biggest problems. If you’re happy with the progress, you can continue on a monthly plan, which is also where testing two versions of a page fits best. Monthly clients get a weekly report covering the work done and any results so far.
